I bought my current setup in 2010 and decided upon the Hugyfot after being impressed with the idea of the Hugycheck. And it works. But there is something about the Hugy that just makes me smile everytime I use it. It is that rare thing when a great design really does translate into a wonderful tool and of course all of the controls of the camera are replicated. That allows me both the confidence and concentration to work on the image set-up and composition without really thinking about the housing. Then the camera does the rest.
